چکیده

Medical errors in dentistry are a complex problem. There is no unambiguous and comprehensive definition of this concept. The article examines the existing classifications medical errors, discusses their advantages disadvantages. Possible alternative for objective subjective reasons, non-medical factors influencing diagnosis treatment, according to severity harm done patient considered. Medicine developing, so term "medical error" requires not just modern view, but also official recognition as It necessary supplement clarify it, ease use documents.
